Are you open on holidays? 

Yes, we are open on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Hours may vary. Please check the full event calendar for hours.

When and where can I buy tickets?

Tickets will be on sale online starting October 1, 2017. General admission tickets are the same price at the gate and online, however some ticket specials can only be found online or through 3rd party sellers such as Walgreens and Groupon. 

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. 

What happens when it rains? 

If it is storming, we may decide to not open the event for the evening for our guests' safety. This will be announced on our website and social media outlets. Please check these websites before attending Global Winter Wonderland.

We do not issue rainchecks or give refunds. Tickets purchased and used on rainy days are at your own discretion. Admission tickets are available for use on any one day that the event is open through January 7, 2018. 

If my child is 3 or under do free rides come with the free admission into the event?

Admission and the Carnival Rides are separate purchases. Even though children 3 and under get free admission, this does not apply to the carnival rides or ice skating. Unlimited Ride Wristbands or individual ride tickets are available for purchase for children 3 and under if they would like to ride. Please keep in mind the carnival rides do have height requirements and most of the children rides require a minimum height requirement of 36". Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?

Wheelchairs will be available to rent at the event. We do not have strollers for rent, but you are able to bring your own stroller, wheelchair or scooter into the event.

Are dogs allowed in the event? 

Only service animals are allowed in the event. 

Will my bag be searched upon entering? 

Yes.  Global Winter Wonderland does not allow any form of weapons or anything that can be considered a weapon into the festival.  If you are found with items that cannot be brought to the event, you will be asked to leave them in your car, or if you can't, you will need to check them in at Guest Services.  You may retrieve the item after you have left the festival. 

How much is parking?

Parking is $10.00 for cars and $5.00 for motorcycles - CASH ONLY. 

What kinds of food does the park have?

Global Winter Wonderland will be offering many different types of International Cuisine and traditional carnival favorites.

I purchased a season pass. Do I need to do anything more?

Yes, all season pass holders must visit Guest Services during their first visit to Global Winter Wonderland. A photo will be taken to be printed on the passes.

Are tickets the same price at the box office as they are online?

Yes, prices are the same at both the box office and online. However some special discount offers are online only.

May tickets be used for any day of the event?

General tickets purchased on GlobalWonderland.com are valid any one day of the event. Some tickets purchased from third party sites or Special Deals running on GlobalWonderland.com are only valid on specific days.  Please check your voucher/ticket from that site for valid dates.  

May I bring my own food and beverages into Global Winter Wonderland?

No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into Global Winter Wonderland. However, exceptions are made for Guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula.

What is Global Winter Wonderland’s alcoholic beverage policy?

No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Global Winter Wonderland. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the festival may not leave the premises. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the festival without refund. No one under age 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages and proper identification is required to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages at Global Winter Wonderland. Guests are prohibited from taking beer or wine purchased in the festival out through the front gate.

Is smoking permitted in the festival?

Global Winter Wonderland is smoke-free, so smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please refer to festival signs for designated smoking locations or ask a staff member. E-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas.

Does Global Winter Wonderland have automatic tellers (ATMs)?

Yes, ATMs are located throughout the festival. 

What happens if I lose something while at the festival?

The Lost and Found is located at the guest service to the right of the box office. International Culture Exchange Group is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved when the festival closes and kept at Lost and Found for the duration of the event. For information regarding a lost article, please call (510) 962-8586

Can I just email you my credit card information?

No. Many people feel safe sending us credit card information in an email because they assume it's private. Unfortunately, any information included in an email is not secure since it travels over the Internet on normal (unsecured) channels. So for your safety, we only take orders via our secure online ordering system.
